Youngman Lotus, a joint venture between Lotus Engineering and Youngman Auto, has announced plans to expand in China. By the end of 2009, Youngman Lotus plans to operate 100 Chinese retail outlets. Proton MPV named Exora — Lotus Europestar version to follow Zhejiang Jinhua-based Youngman Lotus of China celebrated the assembly of its first locally built Europestar Lotus RCR. Since the Europestar brand was launched in China, RCR models have been imported from Proton of Malaysia at increased cost. The new Europestar Persona (“Jingyue” in Chinese) debuts at the Guangzhou Auto Show in China this week. These are the first official images leaked from Europestar.
